TRE® is based on the fundamental idea, backed by recent research, that stress, tension and trauma are both psychological and physical. TRE® is used both to RECOVER our innate capacity of calmness, relaxation, and well-being, and also to develop RESILIENCY and SELF REGULATION going forward.
In the first one hour private video chat you will learn the basics of TRE to safely elicit your body's natural restorative tremoring process. Follow-up sessions will help tailor your practice specifically for your needs and teach techniques of broadening and deepening the experience.
We use the HIPAA compliant, medical quality video chat app VSee for a secure, high-quality connection. Each call is recorded so you will have access to each session's learning points to guide your self-practice. Vsee is completely free, learn more about VSee by clicking below.

Following his training as a Certified TRE® Provider Alex has worked with hundreds of individuals, in group and one-on-one settings working to restore movement in the body, eliminate chronic pain, restore healthy sleep patterns, overcome anxiety, depression, and PTSD, eliminate or reduce the need for pharmaceutical interventions, re-access one's full emotional range and more.
He has worked with doctors, nurses, psychologists, trauma workers, veterans, yogis, dancers, business executives, high-level athletes, law enforcement and more. Alex maintains a dialogue with TRE® founder Dr. David Berceli about his clinical observations in applying TRE® and contributed a chapter to Dr. Berceli's most recent book Shake it Off Naturally - Reduce Stress, Tension, and Anxiety with TRE . Alex teaches TRE and other embodied leadership practices as faculty of the Institute for Zen Leadership which teaches leadership development programs in the United States and around the world.
